Grace Community Church of Riverside: To take Jesus Christ to lost people and lost people to Jesus Christ

We want you to feel at home so we've prepared some tips to help make your first visit to Grace less stressful.

Service Times
We have three Sunday morning services at 8:30, 10:00 and 11:30 AM.

Parking
If you are a first-time visitor, we have a limited number of spaces close to the building reserved for you. However, all of our parking is convenient. If you have children, disabled or elderly with you, feel free to drop them off at the entrance to the church before parking.

We provide parking lot security during our Sunday morning services but still suggest that you lock your car and keep valuables out of sight.

Children's Programs
After the safety and security of your children, our main goal is to make learning about the Bible fun! While you enjoy a worship service designed for you, your children will enjoy an experience designed just for them. As you enter the church, ask an usher or anyone wearing a lanyard for directions to the Nursery (Infant) or CrossWalk Kid's check-in (toddler to 6th grade).

All our teachers and care workers are vetted for their level of responsibility. Please feel free to ask to meet our director, Janet Ryerson, if you have any questions or concerns...or if you simply want to meet our dynamic "person in charge."

If you check an infant into the nursery, you will receive a pager so the care workers can notify you if there is any reason for concern. For nursing mothers and mothers of newborns, we have a mother's room off the lobby where you can enjoy the service while caring for your child (for mothers only). Just ask the ushers about it.

Grace has great children’s programs. Take advantage of them. If you wish to bring your young child with you into the service, please sit near the back so you can move to the lobby if your child becomes a distraction to others.

Junior High and High School children attend the main service with adults on Sunday morning and gather for Starting Point (Sr. High) and Jump Start (Jr. High) on Wednesday nights at 7:00 PM. There, aside from having a great time, they can learn about the unique Sunday morning mentoring program, in which many of them participate.

What To Wear
We want you to feel comfortable joining us for a weekend service. People wear anything from shorts and sandals to business casual.

HeBrews offers donuts and coffee in the lobby. Please help yourself and feel free to take your coffee into the service with you.

If you are a first-time visitor, we do not expect you to participate in the offering. Grace is supported by the dedicated giving of our regular attendees.

Our Gift To You
If you are a first-time visitor, please fill out the visitor's side of the registration card. A gift will be sent by mail to you. That's ALL we will use your address for

Also, if you feel comfortable enough, please introduce yourself to Pastor Brian after the service—he would love to meet you.

Come As You Are
You don't have to clean up your act to come to church. Christ accepts you just as you are and we can do no less since He accepts us the same way, just as we are.

General Reminders

Please be courteous by turning off all cell phones during the service.

To be considerate of others, we ask everyone to remain seated until the end of service. If you have to leave the auditorium during the sermon, please remain in the lobby instead of returning to your seat.

The Next Step
If you like our church and want to know more about it, we suggest you swing by Connection Central in the lobby for information. The first step would be to attend GCC Connection to get to know us better. We encourage you to participate in a Barnabas Group for fellowship and join one of our Bible Studies. Finally, God may lead you to join us in one of the many ministries available to you.
