STARTING POINT (SR. HIGH)

Hi! I’m Nathan Zickert, the Pastor of Student Ministries here at Grace. We’ve heard all of the excuses for teenagers not wanting to join a youth ministry. It’s boring…. I won’t know anyone…. All the people who go to church are weird. We’ve addressed each of these excuses and others to make Starting Point interesting and inclusive. Your son or daughter will have a great time and also be challenged to start living their spiritual life for themselves—making choices that will generate growth in character and spiritual maturity.

We know the way to gain their attention is through activities and the way to gain their trust is through relationships, so we keep them busy and involved with one another and with us. Activities include retreats, sport and entertainment outings, conferences, Bible studies and missions trips. Give us a call or drop us an E-mail and we’ll have one of our leaders call or write your teenager and personally invite him or her to an upcoming event.
