The idea for Hope Now Bible Church began in late 2004 and, after much prayer, became a reality in February of 2005 as a missions church of Hope Now For Youth. When Roger Feenstra, their founding pastor, approached Pastor Brian for advice, we enthusiastically committed to supporting the young church.
Hope Now Bible Church is unique in that it reaches out to families of those who have been caught up in criminal and gang activity in the firm belief that God's Word is the balm that heals those who are hurting. Their pastors teach through the Bible verse by verse with a message that is simple but not watered down. One of their goals is to equip their church family with Biblical competency so that they can individually chew on the meat of the Word and share it with others.
Hope Now Bible Church fills a critical need in bringing real hope to gang members and their families in Fresno, California.
